Background

Our management team has a combined 50 years of experience in institutional real estate investments and has a diverse background in the finance, acquisitions and dispositions, and asset management areas.  We invest and manage with the discipline, integrity and risk management that is the hallmark of Eaton Vance.

 

Andrew Frenette – Head of Real Estate Investment Group

Drew Frenette has overall responsibility for the management of Eaton Vance’s Real Estate Investment Group, and serves as Portfolio Manager for entities which hold property interests on behalf of Eaton Vance clients.  He serves as a member of the boards of several joint ventures which are majority-owned by entities sponsored by Eaton Vance, and also serves as Chairman of the Management Committee of the Real Estate Investment Group.


Robert Bastien – Director of Asset Management

Bob Bastien oversees all property management, leasing, and other asset management functions of all assets for which the Real Estate Investment Group is responsible.  He also serves as a member of the boards of several joint ventures which are majority-owned by entities sponsored by Eaton Vance, and serves on the Management Committee of the Real Estate Investment Group.


Brian Shuell – Director of Acquisitions and Dispositions

Brian Shuell is responsible for all commercial real estate acquisition and disposition transaction activity made on behalf of Eaton Vance clients.  Brian serves on the Management Committee of the Real Estate Investment Group.

 

Gary LeFave – Director of Finance

Gary LeFave is responsible for a broad range of activities in the Finance area. His specific responsibilities include financial reporting, tax, valuation, financing and risk management.
