* Portfolio: $50 million - $1 billion

* Industrial, Office, Retail, Multifamily (no hotels)
Occupancy
* Investment grade tenancy at time of purchase (except multifamily) with 7+ years of lease term remaining

* Primary and secondary markets in the United States
