Eaton Vance’s Real Estate Investment Group manages the real estate portfolios of over a dozen private equity funds. Specializing in institutional quality real estate, we manage a portfolio of approximately $2.5 billion including office buildings, warehouses and multifamily communities.
Our Approach
We select properties through a rigorous process based on a range of asset and market criteria, and engage a select number of regional and national property managers to control daily operations. In all our activities, we aim to embody Eaton Vance’s ethic of stewardship and commitment to excellence, seeking to limit risks as we work to achieve core and core plus returns for our clients.
