Management Team
Our management team has a combined 80 years of experience in institutional real estate investments and has a diverse background in the finance, acquisitions, and asset management areas. We invest and manage with the discipline, integrity and risk management that is the hallmark of Eaton Vance.
William R. Cross – Head of Real Estate Investment Group
Bill Cross has overall responsibility for the management of Eaton Vance’s Real Estate Investment Group, and serves as Portfolio Manager for entities which hold property interests on behalf of Eaton Vance clients. He serves as a member of the boards of 14 joint ventures which are majority-owned by entities sponsored by Eaton Vance, and also serves as Chairman of the Management Committee of the Real Estate Investment Group.
Robert Bastien – Director of Asset Management
Bob Bastien oversees all property management, leasing, and other asset management functions at the more than 200 assets for which the Real Estate Investment Group is responsible. He also serves as a member of the boards of 14 joint ventures which are majority-owned by entities sponsored by Eaton Vance, and serves on the Management Committee of the Real Estate Investment Group.
Andrew Frenette – Director of Finance
Drew Frenette is responsible for a broad range of activities in the Finance area and serves as Chief Financial Officer for Eaton Vance funds which hold property interests. His specific responsibilities include financial reporting, tax, valuation, financing and risk management, and he serves on the Management Committee of the Real Estate Investment Group.
Brian Shuell – Co-Director of Acquisitions and Dispositions
Brian Shuell shares co-responsibility for all commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions made on behalf of Eaton Vance clients. He also serves on the Management Committee of the Real Estate Investment Group.
K.C. Swartzel – Co-Director of Acquisitions and Dispositions
K.C. Swartzel shares co-responsibility for all commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions made on behalf of Eaton Vance clients. He also serves on the Management Committee of the Real Estate Investment Group.
