Eaton Vance’s Real Estate Investment Group manages the real estate portfolios of over a dozen private equity funds. Specializing in institutional quality real estate, we manage a portfolio of approximately $3.5 billion including office buildings, warehouses and multifamily communities.
We select properties through a rigorous process based on a range of asset and market criteria, and engage a select number of regional and national property managers to control daily operations.
