About the Real Estate Investment Group
Eaton Vance's Real Estate Investment Group selects properties through a rigorous process based on a range of asset and market criteria, and engage and manage a select number of regional and national property managers to support onsite operations. In all our activities, we aim to embody Eaton Vance’s ethic of stewardship and commitment to excellence.
Since 2000, REIG has acquired interests in more than 420 properties at a total gross asset value of over $12 billion. These investments were located in major markets throughout the United States and included more than 70,000 multifamily units, and 40 million square feet of office, industrial and retail properties.
